The day can be tailored for younger or older children and also children & young people with disabilities.
Interactive and engaging, the session will give you some top tips and ideas to support you in your use of language and drawing. Including understand the importance of drawing, practicing and gaining confidence in your drawing skills, and thinking how you could draw with children and young people in your future work.
Designed and delivered by young people in care from the Sheffield Children in Care Council, this training package explores the award winning Placement Game, including what makes a good or bad care placement and the impact this has on the lives of children in care. See their film, play the game and engage in discussion with young people themselves.
Aimed at Personal Advisors (PA) working with Care Leavers, this session takes your through what young people are saying makes a great PA. Using a mixture of games, videos and reflection, and all devised and informed by care leavers and children in care, by the end of the day you will be a fully skilled ninja PA!
